TASTING &
Ingredients
It’s vital you try and arrange a tasting with us before your event. Although we are happy to go ahead and bake without this sometimes you can even change your mind once you’ve sampled all of our flavours. It won’t take long, less than an hour and we can fit in with your schedule if you are on the island viewing venues etc.
Our studio is based in San Antonio and we require payment in advance (50€) for the tasting.
Vanilla
A light sponge flavoured with Madagascan Vanilla bean paste and filled with Strawberry / Raspberry compote and covered in Madagascan Vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Chocolate
A rich chocolate sponge filled and covered with chocolate or Bailey’s Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Pink Champagne
A bubbly pink champagne flavoured sponge filled with strawberry/raspberry compote and surrounded with pink champagne American buttercream.
Red Velvet
Typical southern American Red Velvet cake filled with traditional cream cheese frosting. (Not suitable for carving or all day displays)
Bakewell
Almond sponge filled with cherry compote and surrounded with Amaretto American buttercream.
Tropical
Fresh coconut infused sponge filled with passion fruit and mango Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Lemon Meringue
Zesty lemon sponge filled with lemon curd and crushed Meringue pieces and surrounded with lemon or limoncello American buttercream.
Pistachio & White Chocolate
A super nutty pistachio sponge filled with white chocolate Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Our best work is always done when we can get really creative. We have created some amazing cakes based on a theme, character, hobbies and even someone’s house!
